iggyworf, do you have record of any 8bubble bottles past 1946? An old thread on here tried to determine the latest production of them and I believe someone found a 1945 green 7oz bottle but that was the latest as of then.
Shadeone, no I do not. I have seen the green 1942 43 and 45 I think but not a 44. The amber in 46 of course Bad3555 example being one of them. Nothing past 1946 though.

Found this PDF (From an article Nov-Dec 2004 The Soda Fizz) From the chart below it shows my bottle was only made 1 year as an ACL in Houston.
I really think my bottle is a 36, but just don't understand the dot!

Bill Lockhart admits in his article that the dot system was flawed. He said sometimes the dots were ignored on the 1940s bottles. I think it is possible that some were added in the 30s before the system was developed in the 1940s, so I don't think you need to worry about it. Use that dot as an identifier of date unless there are other reasons to believe it's wrong: https://sha.org/bottle/pdffiles/OwensIllinois2018Part2.pdf

I think other commenters have determined it's a '36
