Help posting pics?

Finally trying to get with the program here. I have some d/l to comp and trying to find out how to post? Can I get some help please to walk through the steps? Thanks.

click Embed picture in post
click here to up load
Browse for a picture on your pc
click open and ok.

At the bottom of the message page click on the "embed picture in post" box, then the "click here to upload link", it will take you to your comp jush hope you know where you pic is located. then follow the prompts. Just keep clicling the OK button when it asks. You should be ok as long as the pic is under 200kb. come back if you need more help.

Thanks for the assist, how do you shrink (if thats the correct terminology) the picture so it will fit? Ive tried but must be doing it wrong keeps saying too large?
