Help with ID please

[Bottle Rookie]

Hello everyone. New to bottle collecting, love the site. Unable to find the makers mark for this bottle, not even sure what type of bottle this is. It is 11.5 inches tall, 3.5 inches at the base and has embossed diamonds around the neck. On the bottom there is what appears to be a C, D, L, all intertwined.
Any help would be appreciated.
