help with repairing a baby feeder

I've found a damaged porcelain baby feeder, with under-glaze printing; very much like a typical pot lid. It's a very rare one from Sydney (Australia) and I'm wanting to try and get it repaired. To the best of the knowledge of my local collecting club there have never been any other pieces of this lid found previously, infact there are only two other Sydney-region baby feeders all up!!

Are there many people who repaire this kind of thing? Ideally I'd like someone in Australia, but internationally would be ok, if there are no other options.
