Hermes and caduceus pontil

I found this bottle at the local flea market. Does any one know anything about this one? It has a rough pontil scar and a "crude" looking lip. I think the image is Hermes and a caduceus( note: Hermes is on both sides but the caduceus is only on one. I remember seeing one somewhat similar years ago. As I remember that one was from Europe. Ad odd item.
