hi there

another digger from across the water .
from Bolton greater manchester england.

been digging now for about 6 months and loving it .Met a few guys over here also , and made a few new freinds .
been digging around manchester and cheshire so far no megga finds but enough to keep me interested.

went out sunday and the best item i found was this

Lately havin a dig in Altringham manchester .Quite an early site 1890 ish lots of local ginger beers and hundreds of cods sadly about 90% is always broken,will keep going though as something good may turn up.

must of dug about 20 of these ended up throwing them back in the hole , a shame really as they are a nice bottle however no one wants them

here is a pic of the tip where it all has come from.
all the way along the path is tip.
it is well used by walkers and horseriders so you can dig the edje not into the path.
funny really i cant understand it but you only find bottles on the right hand side .
have dug several holes on the left of the path, it is ash but no bottles cant understand why?
