I took this photo of a amethyst milk bottle from the last Hawaii Collectors Expo. It was on display as being one of the rarest bottle in Hawaii. There is one listed in the bimal Hawaiian Bottle book as a bowling pin shaped, 2 pc tooled top, circa 1906, but the wording differs which leads me to believed that this is an "unlisted" variety.
