Evening y'all, I'm new here....I have a question about a bottle I have. I can't seem to find much of anything out about it. The bottles embossed w/ Frederick E. Smith, Steelton, Penna....seems he owen the Central Hotel in said town and he expired in the 1890's. Height is 9 inches, maybe what we know as a 12oz. bottle. There's a seam up both sides to the blob and a small chip on the bottom lip of the blob. The bottle was a dig....anybody out there that has more info on this bottle or Mr. Smith, I'd appreaciate it......thank you, Leon

Hello Leon and welcome to the fourm. I couldn't find out anything on Fredrick E. Smith either but your bottle is the classic style for 1890's - early 1900's beer or soda. Kelley
