hi all,somewhere here in my setting up membership I have nominated to be alerted when any post is made and it comes to my email so can someone advise me how to change the setting please ?,thanks Hampy from Downunder.

Check the "subscriptions" tab and make that's not loaded with categories and the "subscribed threads". Also under "feature preferences" the "thread subscription" boxes but that's secondary. Also under "Posting Preference" uncheck "Always Subscribe when posting" if that checked.I don't know what you have or have not checked but I think it's going to be one of those.
