HI Taz, thanks for the label pic - it's a cool one.
After I dug my Emerson Monday, I brought it across the street to my neighbor who works as a fireman in Somerville Ma. As soon as he saw it he says " THATS THE OLD POWDER HOUSE! " He was pretty excited, he says the building is still there. He says it is where they held gunpowder to keep it dry during one of the wars ( revolutionary? )

He wants to bring it to work to show a fellow worker who is Somerville historian. Pretty cool.

It's interesting that the Bunker Hill pickle bottle is just about the same, but it has the Bunker Hill Monument right where this bottle has the Powder House. They must have been rival businesses[:mad:]
