Looks like you hit a pretty good soda pit. Glad to see you back digging. Before I joined, I believe you were finding drugstores on a regular basis. Those pens are pretty awesome. I've been digging for 15 years, and can't say I've ever found a neat pen or pencil. Found three pocket watches last time in my honey hole. I'm getting up at the crack of dawn to hit the honey hole. I'm taking the camera with me. Hopefully my pics will be under 200kb. Hopefully they will be. I'm taking some of the pit and bottles embedded. Those soda's appear to be quite a span. One looks 1900-1910, couple 20's. all the way to 50's. Did you hit bottom? Tomorrow, first I'm digging straight to the bottom. A nice yellow clay lies at the bottom about 4-5 feet deep. Then I should be in the 1890's and quite a few bottles. Will post them if the pics are under 200. Keep digging that spot and I bet you come away with some great stuff. Good luck!

Is that a green certo in the top photo? Seems I hear about green certos on here often. My certos are all brown. I've found 4-5 in my boxes so far. Would the colors be a regional thing?
