not a new addition but found a neat vintage newspaper ad from this bottler and though I had posted this bottle 2 years ago when I first bought it but searched around and couldn't find a post so maybe I never did .
a clear 7 oz bottle , embossed " Imperial Beverage - Barrie "
its listed as being from the 1920's era and believe they changed there name by the 30's to Barrie Beverage co instead .
the newspaper ad from 1927 mentions they bottled " simcoe dry ginger ale " , but also says at bottom they did other assorted soft drinks , so assuming this bottle is for the flavoured drinks not the ginger ale . the newspaper add didn't seem to be a regular thing for them and was advertised in a special royal jubilee issue nothing in other papers
