Info on bottle wanted. Scarce????

I have a bottle embossed "Williams' Balsamic cream of Roses" it is cobalt blue and about 5.25" tall.

Can't find a single reference to it through google.

Could I possibly have a very scarce bottle?

Any info would be MUCH appreciated. Pics to follow after cleaning.
