Someone suggested that this was a British bottle? Anybody heard of one of these before? It's a BIM with a lopsided blob? top and round bottom, like a topedo bottle but not as severe. Front is embossed with a star and in the star is "Trade Mark J & B, Jeusbury (I think) and Brown" no other markings or identifying features. Any help with the history of this bottle is appreciated. Thanks
GBmike

The Star is the Star of David which is the symbol of the Jewish faith. Maybe it's a kosher drink. For those who don't know food must be prepared in a specific way to remain clean. Some Jewish do not mix meat and dairy and that means byproducts too. Or it could be just a Jewish owned company.

Hi GBmike,
Definitely British. I have seen quite a few Jewsbury and Brown bottles on eBay with the Star of David trademark. Hamiltons and codds etc. Can't give you any info on rarity or value though. There are plenty of Brits on this site so one of them should be able to help you out in that area,
