J. Borner Liverpool Bottle

Hello - I have a question on this J. Borner bottle. I haven't been able to find it online or in my bottle ID book.

The text on the bottle reads: J. Borner 8 & 10 Kirk Street
Trademark Liverpool

There is a two-headed bird embossed on the bottle.

Thoughts on value or a name of the bottle? Thanks!

Looks like a bullet stopper bottle. No clue on value, that would be a question for local Liverpool collectors. Interesting that it's got a double-headed eagle on it, I wonder if Borner was Russian.
