James Cosgrove&Son

I found a James Cosgrove and Son light blue bottle with Charleston embossed below the name and "This bottle not to be sold" embossed on the back. The bottle has a slight chip in the lip but is good other than that. If anyone has any information of this bottle or is interested in it please let me know.
