Well Bert, I am looking for bottles that were made in a turn or pasted mold. The bottles I am talking about are those that have an applied and tooled finish, especially blob top types. The ones that were turned in the mold will show some vertical twist lines in the neck glass under the finish. These twist lines were caused when the bottle blower twisted the formed bottle in the mold. The mold cavity will not show the mold seam lines (except faintly sometimes). The side wall oif the bottle will be slightly tapered for the advantage of lifting the bottle out of the mold. I am also looking for bottles with applied handles. I will pay a fair value price for these special interest bottles RED Matthews
