I went back to the city dump last weekend that treated me quite well in the past, and was rewarded yet again! The key phrase this time around was "quality, not quantity". I only found two keepers, but they were both exceptional in my opinion. First was a truly special H.I. Hough Drug Store Olneyville, RI. It has a bird perched on a mortar & pestle! This is the only RI medicine I know of with a bird on it (not an eagle or owl).Next up was an unlisted Geo. T. Dana & Co. Druggists Pawtucket, RI. This fancy druggist bottle has a ribbon/belt design with a small mortar and pestle on top. Given the fact that I wasn't really supposed to be digging yet with my stitches and all, it was definitely worth taking the chance!

Nice! Guess I'm not the only one who wouldn't let stitches stand in the way of a good dig.
