Nicely done, Alex,

Am I correct in thinking it a John Dewar & Sons, Perth whisky, then? "Awarded 50 Medals" was the tip off for me.

"John Dewar opened his own wine and spirits shop in 1846, where he pioneered blending whisky. At that time it would have been a vatted whisky since the creation of the column-still to produce cheap grain alcohol was still few years off. In 1898 John Dewar and Sons completed the new Aberfeldy distillery, built to their specifications. Dewar’s White Label, a creation of new master blender A.J. Cameron was created in 1899. Today over 40 different malts and grains make up White Label, one of over 200 blended whiskies from Scotland." From.

PERTE by PERTH; Dear by Dewar
Mayde it´s from 1890´s.

My last find- label from the XIX century

LABEL FROM THE XIX CENTURY
I found two bottles together. The first thing i found was the finishes and then confirm they are two complete bottles in very good preservation (excepting one of them which had the finish broken). This one was less important for me till take it off and look the lower side.
That´s which is in the pictures below.
It is more than espected and i´m still digesting the fact.
The picture shows a bare greak woman seated on a lion. The lion is looking at you.
Feinest Qalität is german (means Finest Quality).

Hey Alex,

Thanks for the additional photos. I'd really like to see closeups and details of the label, please. It's not often we get to see such illustrations.

How did you happen upon this muddy pit? You may be the lone Argentinian digger in the blue pages. I wanna see more stuff.
