Lewis & Towers Poison Bottle

Back on May 20th of this year, I posted a picture of a nice blue poison bottle that I was lucky enough to dig. (https://www.antique-bottles.net/forum/Recently_dug_bottle/m_26340/tm.htm)

I am wondering if these bottles, with the Registration No. 590540, ever found there way to the United States, and if so, how rare are they?

Is that a Lewis & Towers patent ? I seem to have missed that info [8|] .
I found one of them last year and was going to post about it, no need for a new thread now [] .
