Little Amber was part of my haul - is it a poison?

Hi all,
Been back to digging since the weather's cooled. Came up with another high-dollar milk which I'll be listing on ebay soon. Also found this little amber with a nice lip. Looks like the rim and lip are tooled. Any ideas about it? Jim, is it a poison?
