Little Porcelain Insulator?????

Hi,
I found this little white, porcelain insulator. It is bell shaped and about 1" high and wide. No inscriptions present. I'm wondering how old this is and if it has any value. Thank you.

sorry bro, not an insulator. Its a porcelain seal to a blob top beer bottle cira 1890s. It had a metal bail and a rubber seal on the bottom.
