yes have been messaging and emailing in regards to refund for some bottles that didnt arrive to me in australia

Have you tried plugging the customs form number into the USPS tracking search area? It might let you know if the parcel has been held up at a customs depot. I just shipped a SS coke to Australia and hope the same thing doesn't happen, then I will be out big!
