To be honest I had to look up what a Hutch bottle was... but the answer to your question is yes but it was broken. We haven't even started to dig more than a foot or so into the ground. There are so many bottles on the surface it's mind boggling. If anyone is willing to come to Peru Indiana I have 43 achers of awesome property you can dig

That sounds so exciting!! The very best of luck with your digging and finding goodies!!! I will also add this comment - you should Definitely PLEASE save any shards of broken Hutch Soda bottles if the embossed company name, city and / or state is part of the broken piece!
There are over 10,000 different known embossed "Hutch" style soda bottles that were made for towns and cities all across the United States, and many of them are EXTREMELY rare and very, very hard to find. (Most hutches date between around 1882 and 1915).
Sometimes only a shard or small part of an otherwise-unknown bottle type has been found - to prove the bottle variant even existed.
So you never know what you might find. There are so many "small town hutches" that are almost unknown to collectors. If you find any with markings, please post photos of the front that includes the company, city and or state!

Finding a hutch is a good sign, means it's old enough for a hutch & pre pro embossed Beer Bottles. Wonder if any blob top Beers in there? Do you remember what the Hutch was, name on it, do you still have it? If I lived closer I'd help you. I'm in Detroit. LEON.

Doubtful I'll ever get there but who knows, always wanted to since the land of "Little pink houses." :) Thanks for the kindness offered your fellow bottle diggers.
