Now that is a weird bottle if I ever saw one. I'm clueless as to its origin.

Reminds me of a screw driver handle. Notches inside neck from the square shaped blade. No idea what it actually is, though.

Hmmmm, well I was fairly certain there was liquid in it, but it is so opaque that it may just be an illusion. It also really seemed like glass too, but now I'm not sure! That was a good point about the notches, it really suggests a blade insert.

Not a great day for me...one screw driver handle and apparently I can't spell 'vial'...haha!

You might try the hot pin or needle trick to see if it is something other than glass. Glass also has a certain ring when struck...
