Medicine Bottle List - 357 pages

This Medicine Bottle list is from the nps.gov site. It's a PDF file, last updated in 1997, and is 357 pages long. I was able to identify quite a few Kidney Embossed bottles that I do not have. My 'want' list just keeps getting bigger and bigger.....

Does anyone know how to read the entries? I picked E.L. Bailey's as it has three listings. Any help is appreciated. Thank you....

I think / means new row. // means different side.

I think that list has been out there for a while in various forms. Archeologists use it for referencing bottle shards from digs.
