You can also google "Udderly Beautiful" for what appears to be the Milk bottle book of choice. E-bay has different editions regularly.

Also can google NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MILK BOTTLE COLLECTORS or THE MILK ROUTE, their monthly publication, for general milk bottle info and a multitude of links to other milk bottle sites. Hope this helps also.
