Hello all, My friend gave me this bottle he dug in Thunder Bay Ont.
In a round slug plate it says:
NEW YORK
SODA & SELTZER
WATER M'F'G. CO.
MILWAUKEE,
WIS.
The bottle is slightly larger then the average hutchison, in good shape too, anyone here know about these?

They were in business from 1902 to 1905, just 3 years and only 9 people worked for the company. The last one to come up for sale on Ebay back at the end of July didn't sell at it's $20 starting bid...

Thanks for the info, I guess I should have posted in "What is it after 1900" even though it's not too sought after I still like the bottle, now I have Hutchisons from 4 u.s. states and two canadian provinces, I may have to start a new line of collecting.

Let us know if you do, I might be able to help with a few states you don't have just for the cost of shipping... Bottles would be free...Jim

I don't need anything in trade, let me know what states you have and I'll see if I can find a few that you don't have to send your way....Jim

Hey Luckiest.
You got one from my neck of the woods there. I haven't found many of them but they are not overly rare. Our guide to Wisconsin sodas calls it 'average' in relative rarity which is between common and rare. The book value has its worth at $8 and my guess is that that's about right. Cool bottle.
