Mountain Dew Filled by Honest John?

My Iowan brother found this one today at a yard-sale. We figured it out to be from 1965. It's 10 ounces and is a hillbilly-themed Mountain Dew bottle that was 'filled by Honest John' and claims, "It'll tickle yore innards!" It has some case-wear and looks to have been a dug bottle, but the dual-colored ACL is still very good. We discovered that the Mountain Dew company did many "filled by" variations. Is this one common or scarce? Any value in it? He picked it up for a dollar, if I recall. We just want to know all that we can about it. Here are the pics that he provided. Thanks.

In the Mountain dew hillbilly bottles book(2008), It lists it as common, worth 15$. I also collect Mnt dew's, and that bottle stills holds around that price. There are over 800 different 'named' bottles of that kind. Some worth alot more than that one. Excellent!
