I have been trying without success to find images of the original trademark document(s) for the Mountain Dew acl soda bottle label. Below is the best clue I have come up with so far. At present I am not even sure if such a document is even available. But I have been led to believe that it does exist. Except that I can't find it. []
I have arrived at the conclusion that I am not very good when it comes to searching for trademarks - patents - copyrights, etc; and could really use some help.
If you are smarter than a fifth grader (which I'm not) and know how to find what I'm searching for, and/or already have that image in your photo files, please share it with us. I'd love to see what the original (bottle label) trademark/copyright/patent looked like.
Thanks a lot

Here is the likely date I am looking for. But I'm not sure if the trademark was filed under Hartman - Mountain Dew - or what? Nor am I entirely sure what "paper label" it is referring to. Unless it is talking about an original sketch that was drawn by John Brechetto, who apparently was a high school student and friend of the Hartman's at the time.
On November 12, 1948 the Hartman Brothers filed for and received a trademark on the now famous label – a professional redraw of the 1946 paper label.
