Killer bottle and lots of great info in that old post, if I were a Kentucky bottle collector I'd HAVE to have one!

Nice looking and crude.

I see it listed in Zumwalts book but it says "no information available" It's listed as clear, square, similar to London mustard, rare, and value at only $10.00. There is a picture of it too.

She doesn't even list it as pontilled, so I guess she really didn't have any info on it when she wrote the book. Well, it was 1980.

Nice Rory, that is one rare bottle. I assume it was blown in Ohio 1835 to 1845. It may have been blown at John Stangers Louisville Glass Factory but it wasn't operating until 1849 and your bottle seems a tad older .

Rory here is my entire Mustard/Chocolate powder bottle collection. From left to right# 1 1795 to 1810 rolled lip, # 2 Embossed LONDON 1820 to 1830, # 3 Large Mouth short neck Stanger type lip 1785 to to 1795, # 4 Long Necked Stanger type lip 1785 to to 1795,and on the far right an 1825 to 1835 straight rolled lip. All 5 bottles have concave corners and rough pontil marks. The center ( Pale Green) one and the one next to it long neck, I am quite confident are very early South Jersey from Glassboro.
