need help identifying bottle

I have had this bottle for around 20 yrs. I got it from my mother but she doesn't know anything about it either. Any help would greatly appreciated.

It's a decanter and the marking's around the bottle are called "Greek Key"
Which was used on pressed glass items. Some call it a roman Key, but Creek is the right one I beleive.
