Need Help on Dickens City Columbia Bottling Co.

I need to find out if the picture of this bottle (sorry for the poor quality) embossed Columbia Bottling Co / big C / Dickens City, PA (in a horseshoe plate) and may have "Registered 1889" on the reverse base has a base marking of "5" or some other marking. I have never actually seen a whole bottle.
