Hi! I am new to all this and would appreciate some advise.
We bought a house built in 1900. The city said we had to repair the broken porch on side of house. In just the first couple of inches we have found tons of broken glass and pottery, bones and bottles. The old bottles are nice and seem to be worth a little money. I am not a collector, but they are cool. I was wondering if we should dig deeper under the porch,if it would be worth it or if we should just fix the porch and be happy with what we found. Thanks!

Hi and thanks for the welcome!
I tried to post pic but the thing said it was too big. Sorry don't know much about this stuff.
some of the bottles are just plain, then there is one called piso's consumption cure, a dead stuck, a zipps, Chas Murschel & Co bottle works this one has the stopper still in it.
I saw the dead stuck bottle on e-bay for $39.99. I had no idea people paid so much for old bottles. What a completely cool thing to collect!
