RC makes a strong case for the Coventry attribution. When he starts calling "Bromo-Seltzer" bottles a Coventry product... then I may question it!
Most of the Bertinquoits I have owned also had that delicate round open pontil, very similar to chestnut bottles. Here is one that I sold last year... it was a limey-yellow color, identical to some of the Lafayette flasks.
