hello folks!
I am new to the board and bottles in general; previously my collection has been more directed towards advertising, which led me to my most recent purchase....A Old Mr. Boston Ferris Wheel countertop display.
If I am in the wrong area, please point me in the right direction and I will retreat with my tail between my legs...
I am not entirely sure the vintage, but thinking this is 40s/50s, and each "car of the ferris wheel is ~5" square, with different liquor labels to display/hold the proper bottles (perhaps for the 14 Pin bottles?
Net net is that I am hunting for the proper bottles to display in the wheel, ideally "old stock" full bottles if I can....
The types of liquors are:
apricot nectar, blackberry nectar, California brandy, orange flavored gin, sloe gin, imported rum .
I have attached a picture of the display. The following would be greatly appreciated:
1) Genre/age
2) Size/type/shape of bottles displayed
3) Possible sources of bottle
Thanks in advance!
Matt
