new to digging

Hi I am new to this and addicted, I am still loving the little pieces of old china. I need help with how to find the privies, I could poke the round all day and not know what I'm doing. I am in northern NH with lots of old foundations and I dig alot but I am sure that theres a better way to go about it. Thanks so much

got your message and never was able to get back til now anyway you said to PM you and i don't know what that means. I loved your website. I am coming across a lot of very cool stuff but not much really old. Any help would be so appreciated, starting with whats a PM.

Rick - I looked at your bottle pix - the one of the hundreds of bottles you got out of the 22 footer is UNBELIEVABLE. What a haul. I'd give an awful lot for a day like that. Congratulations.
