I already contacted a guy named Art from Pa. who collects Strap-sided Philly flasks and he confirmed it is probably one of the best from Philly but he already has one.[]. I wouldn't mind trading for a nice Delaware soda. You should know better than anybody when you collect from a certain region or town everything else is obsolete. Thanks for taking the time to look into it.
