I'm looking to do some digging in the north ga area. I've been collecting bottles for quite a while but now I would really like to do some old dump or privy digging. Anyone who could use some help that already has a dig site I would love to help. Contact me if your interested. Thanks

I will be living in McDonough next month (Aug). I just need to find a place and get settled in then the digging game back on!!! Warning though...First time digging in GA for me. Permission by property owners is a must. Digging on Federal, State, City, or County owned land isn't going to work.

I need to first grab some research material from Corps of Engineers, local Library from various areas, and of course 1800-1900 topographicals for several locations. I don't find privys, outhouses, or trash pits/dumps with a metal detector. I am kind of old school.

Anyways I'll post as soon as I find. Maybe going to Oct show in OH.
