Odd Bottles (at least to me)!

Hello All,
I have a bottle which looks strange to me. It has a pinch in the neck, maybe for air flow or just design. To me it looks like a decanter or lab bottle. It shows no seams and has a pontil.
It is clear glass. I'm not sure if it is old or a reproduction. Does anyone have any ideas?

There is a name for that which is escaping me right now. It is a lab bottle. It is designed to allow you to pour a liquid without a 'glug' that would cause the liquid to splash on you. In theory the liquid would flow the channel on the bottom while the air entered through the top one..
I have attempted to add one of those to my collection a time or two. Neat bottle.
