The tops are tooled, I think. The seam reaches right below the lip or top part.

I have a lot of old bottles my husband owns a construction company. He works a lot Center City Philadelphia. I have a green bottle he just brought home. I haven't looked it up yet.

They coiuld be fire grenades also. I have one with a straight neck, that we have decided it could also be a fire grenade. It has a punty rod pontil mark. RED Mattheews
