I've seen these pop up fairly often; in good condition they seem to run $200-250. Yours is pretty rough...I'd say get whatever you can for it.

It's an interesting bottle, I thought it was a hot water bottle at first. Looks more like those European mineral waters than a US whiskey.

Hard to find, but not rare. In that condition very little value. $5 to $20?
