i love it.....
i must get a butterfly bush this year...
we have a place around her called "the butterfly place"
i love them in my garden.....[;)]

Very nice and peaceful picture. After the day I had at work today I needed to see something peaceful. Was this taken during one of your digging adventures?

Beautiful photo of a Spicebush Swallowtail. Out here in the West, our subspecies is known as the Pipevine Swallowtail. It is basically the same butterfly, but ours' larvae feed on Dutchman's Pipe, a common roadside vine. We have hundreds of them around here in the Spring and Summer.

hi everyone, thanks for looking out my butterfly picture. i hope you enjoyed it as much as i do. several years ago i planted a butterfly but my frt. porch to attract butterflys and it works. it take some patients to get a pict. they don't stay still very long. but i love to watch them. thanks for the information. rhona
