I thought 1957. I read they changed the O/I logo to this in 1954. However, that does not explain the 3 on the left that should identify it as 1940's?

I WAS JUST GUESSIN ,,,THAT IS ONE SWEET ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION..IF THE BOTTLE SAYS "57" THATS WHAT I'D MARK IT DOWN AS...

If they changed the logo icon in 1954, it stands to reason that they'd still be using it in 1957...
The left hand three is the plant code for O/I's Fairmount, WV facility and has nothing to do with the date the bottle rolled out of there.
