Picked this one up for 10 bucks at an antique shop. Anyone have any info on it? It has etched leaves/vines with remnants of paint. I guessed its age at around 160+, but not sure. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Very nice NORG, for $10 you did good. I have no idea on value though, but with that color and use wear on the bottom it would be a keeper for sure.[:D]

Your decanter appears to be ruby stained, with the pattern cut through the stain, not etched. Looks to be Victorian Era. I'll check a couple of my books for you.

I find an item in a Antique book
RUBY STAINED, this name derives from the color of the glass..a deep red. The red staining was thinly painted on the clear pressed glass patterns and refired at a low temperature.
Many pieces were further engraved as sovenir items and were very
poplar from the 1890's into the 1920's,
This technique should not be confused with flashed glass, where
a clear glass piece is actually dipped in molten glass of a contrasting color,
As stated before yours is stained and I beleive the two rings around neck may be applied, and it seems to have a ground throat, which would mean you are missing the stopper.

Rob, I haven't found a positive ID for you, but conclude that it's probably late Bohemian, ca. 1900, based on the simple decoration.
