I also think it is a syrup bottle, I had a coca cola one that looked the same size a couple years ago, . Every restaurant/ gas station etc. would get them then, so tons of them made but probably 95% went to the trash or back to the retailer, so probably not many have survived. It has a great embossing on it. A little jealous of it, lol, but I love it!
