Perfume bottle?

Hi Folks! I found this little one in a dump site, Is it a perfume bottle? or cologne? How old might this be? I will send more pics.

Hey Josh, It is most likely a perfume but could be a cologne. It is definately pre machine, probably 1870s to early 1880s.
