Looks like an old medicine bottle, pictures of the whole bottle and neck would help better to determine age, but I'm pretty sure this is ABM (made by Automatic Bottle Machine) and would date around the 1920's. Minimum value to a collector, still an interesting find.
I don't know what a Six panel bottle means either but even from the poor pictures that bottle is easy to identify as an unembossed drug store prescription bottle. Since it has no embossed pharmacy name on it that bottle is not worth anything. If you find some similar style bottles with the name of a drug store and town on them they would be in the $5-10 range if not damaged.
