Is this a pontil scar on my 'tablespoons' bottle?

If not, what is it called?

Does the seam go to the top of the lip? If so it's an early ABM bottle with a suction scar.

That is a suction machine cutoff scar or "Owens" scar, not a fake pontil scar. It is machine made dating most likely between 1903 and 1920. The horizontal mold line below the lip is the giveaway, considering that even on many handblown bottles, the mold lines or "seams" go all the way to the top.
