Pottery Nipper Flask Bottle ID

I hope someone can help me identify this small bottle that I recently purchased. It seems to be a pottery flask - called a nipper? It has an eagle embossed on the face above three intertwined arrows. It is marked on the bottom with the number 11043.

I would really appreciate any info on age, maker, value, rarity, etc.

Hi kpat and Welcome to Antique-Bottles.Net -
I see these from time to time during my eBay searching. If listed correctly, they can sell for over $100.00. I don't have any info. on them, but would be interested to read about it. The threaded top surely indicates that has some age and not one of those from the 1776-1976 celebration. Don't quote me on this (trying to use my memory), but I think I've seen these in milkglass also (I must check on this though). I'll keep an eye out when I'm going through my books next time.
